The location around the caravan is stunning with beautiful walks and access to a beach. I loved that we could take our pet along for just an extra 5 quid per night, making it feel like a family vacation. The caravan itself was well-equipped, although we did wish there were towel hooks in the bathroom for convenience and that WiFi was available inside the caravan instead of only in public areas. We faced issues checking in, as the owners didn’t respond when we arrived. It was concerning to be left waiting outside for over an hour. the stay had its ups and downs, with great surroundings but some communication issues and missing amenities.

Family-friendly getaway

The caravan was well-equipped with everything we needed and the area was just fine for walks. The kids loved the water sports center nearby and we had a good time visiting the local museum, which was a nice surprise.

The road leading to the site was rough for the last mile, which was no fun for my speeder. The kitchen utensils were lacking. we had a scratched frying pan that could use replacing and no proper coffee cups—just big mugs. The beds were uncomfortable, with poor-quality mattresses and flat pillows. The bathroom setup was basic, with inadequate hooks for towels, and a worn shower curtain that could leave one feeling damp. Our stay in Millom was lovely, particularly enjoying the nearby water sports centre and the beautiful beaches. we struggled with room utensils. there weren't enough plates for everyone!

Clean caravan, but no free Wi-Fi and outside area needs improvement. Great location for exploring.

Perfect family getaway!

We had a blast! The kids looooved the water sports, and the beach was just stunning—barely anyone around! Tried the bar for dinner, and wow, that food was delish. Only thing was, the kids' bedroom could've used more storage for their stuff, but we made it work.

the kingdom was a pleasant stay overall. the caravan was clean, and its location was superb, just a short walk from the marina. our children really enjoyed visiting the nearby park, which offered several activities.

the outside area definitely needs more attention.
